What makes this building work as a rental
Indoor and outdoor pools, hot tubs, a steam room, a lake-view gym and a tennis/pickleball court give guests a resort stay without a resort price. The beach, the boardwalk, Prospera Place and the Cultural District are all a short walk away, so most guests never need a car. That combination is what lets units here earn more in summer than a typical downtown condo.
